Guild Members page on the News page

Greetings fellow Vortexians,

As some of you might now i've been working on a news page for Vortex, i've created a section on the website regarding our guild members.
It's simply a page that says who's in the guild, what level they are, what class and a bannedstory picture of yourself.

As it is to much work to do this all by my own i requires you guys to do something for me.

What i require from you.

A reply on this topic with the following information :

Ingame name (Main only please) :
Real life name (First name only) :
Class :
Level :
Bannedstory Picture (Upload on www.Tinypic.com :

Bannedstory Guide

1. Go to http://www.maplesimulator.com/programs/bannedstory
2. Start Bannedstory (Start the elements you would like to use)
3. Go to Window -> Thumbnail gallery and create the look of your character.
4. When your finished go to File -> Save PNG Image -> Name it File.PNG
5. Upload it on www.tinypic.com
